The definitive Hoodia gordonii human study was conducted in Leicester, England in the 1990s by the British pharmaceutical company Phytopharm. A group of morbidly obese men and women were isolated in a research center in the English countryside. The participants were allowed to read, watch television, and eat all they wanted. - Day 1-14: Take 2 vegetarian capsules 3 times daily with a full glass of water 45-60 minutes before meals.
- Day 15 and beyond: Take 1-2 vegetarian capsules 3 times daily with a full glass of water 45-60 minutes before meals.
- Hoodoba® Elixir
- Place 30 drops (one dropper full) under tongue and hold for 60 seconds. Follow with large glass of water. Repeat 3 times dialy 20-30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner. For accelerated weight loss repeat as often as needed. Hoodoba® Potent Hoodia will not affect sleep. Also perfect for nighttime or anytime cravings.
- Option II: Place 30 drops (one dropper full) in large glass of water. Take 3 times daily 20-30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner. Repeat as often as desired. *Drink plenty of water.
